Sparkling wine with a youthful pale colour, light straw nuance, a slight green tinge and a quite foamy, youthful mousse. Clean and fresh nose, there’s some nutty notes there, fresh almond, some floral hints, citrus, green apple and some herbal notes almost like chamomile. It’s a quite light body with elevated acidity, very youthful and quite zesty acidity I would say, with an emphasis on lemon, youthful barely ripe green apple; quite creamy, almost foamy mousse, and a rather light soft finish. 82/100

Sparkling wine it is, with a quite intense youthful mousse, almost like a foam, with a light straw colour with a green tinge – so very youthful. Fresh nose, clean, with notes of almond, citrus, green apple; some herbal notes as well, and a slight hint of fresh grapes actually. The palate is light, with a slight hint of sweetness; there’s a very grapey sensation, so very primary fruit, youthful, like crushed apple, crushed grapes, lemon zest; quite intense mousse almost foamy on the palate, with balanced acidity, freshness, and a quite light finish. 83/100

Sparkling wine with a youthful, slightly green tinged light straw colour, rather youthful intense foamy bubbles. Youthful and clean nose, it’s almost like freshly fermented must, freshly fermented grapes, you really feel that grapey notion, with apple, pear, citrus notes. Palate is on the lighter side, clean and fresh, with a slight hint of residual sugar, but quite elevated acidity that gives a lift. Creamy and generous texture. Still very youthful, with that sensation of fresh green apple, fresh grapes, quite light style with a soft and rounded finish. 83/100
