Very youthful colour here. Bright, with low intensity. Vivid bubbles, quite fine. Quite small and fine bubbles. Good purity on the nose. Rich and intense fruit, like green apple, pear, some herbal notes like chamomile. Slight floral hint and a slight presence of fresh grapes as well. Really pleasant palate. It is boarding on quite dry, in the positive sense. With a good level of freshness. Youthful and crispy fruit, such as freshly crushed apple, pear, some citrus notes. Creaminess is well integrated. Pleasant freshness, and still a quite light body in terms of structure. But it does have flavour intensity and a finish that is somewhere between medium towards quite long. 87/100

Very youthful appearance here, with light straw colour. Quite energetic. With a lot of tiny bubbles. Good purity on the nose. This is showing a slight hint of tropical, some yellow fruit. Then some herbal notes like mint, and chamomile. Ripe, quite sweet, sweet apple. Generous palate. It is a light towards medium body structure, with a good creaminess. Quite intense, still rather tiny bubbles. There is a slight hint of fruity sweetness, but it is well backed up by a fresh acidity. Good generosity on the finish. It is slightly more than medium length. It keeps lingering for a while. Offering generous quite ripe fruit on the finish. An attractive wine to enjoy rather young. 86/100
Mas De Fer Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry (guarda qui la degustazione)
Very youthful appearance here. No colour intensity, but good brightness. Quite vivid but very small bubbles. The nose is pure. It is showing a good freshness. Almost with some tropical hints here. There is a dash of yellow fruit, almost like banana. Also with some zesty notes of fresh lime. Good grip on the palate. It is a rather light body, but it has a good flavour intensity here. With zesty fruit flavours. Fresh green fruit such as green apple. With a slight hint herbal spiciness, with some hints of chamomile, lime zest. Fine creaminess. Rather rounded and creamy finish. Pleasant to drink in its youth. 84/100
