    Andreola named “ITALY PROSECCO PRODUCER OF THE YEAR” at the 9th annual Berlin International Wine Competition!

    In its 9th Year, this competition had wines from 15+ countries around the world: we are excited that Andreola was recognised as “Italy Prosecco Producer of the Year”!

    Our Mas de Fer Rive di Soligo Extra Dry won the Gold Medal with 95 points, while our Dirupo Brut and Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo Brut received the Silver Medal with respectively 94 and 93 points.

    The title of “MASTER”, assigned by an expert commission who blindly tasted 170 wines during the “Prosecco Masters 2023”, identifies “An outstanding example of its type, showing impeccable winemaking. This wine delights for its wonderful texture, perfect balance and broad range of delicious, persistent flavours.”

    In addition to this GOLD was assigned to our Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo Brut and SILVER by to our 26° I° Rive di Col San Martino Extra Brut and Dirupo Brut!

    Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo brut has been nominated “BEST OF SHOW PROSECCO” and it has been awarded the GOLD medal at the 32nd Grand International Wine Award @mundusvini !

    It is a really great satisfaction for us to see our Col del Forno awarded once again, a Valdobbiadene Docg with intense aromas and pleasant flavours, which draws elegance and sapidity from the deep clayey soils that characterize the Rive di Refrontolo area.

    Also GOLD medal to our Cartizze, Mas de Fer Rive di Soligo Extra Dry and Dirupo Brut, and SILVER medal to Vigna Ochera Rive di Rolle Dry and Dirupo Extra Dry!

    XIII Bio – Ai Boschi is a Valdobbiadene Docg Brut exclusively made with grapes harvested on the Rive di San Pietro di Feletto and it’s characterized by aromas of ripe white gooseberries, spring flowers and citrus fruits.
    Furthermore, thanks to its long stay on the noble lees, the aromatic bouquet is enriched by hints of pastry and bakery.

    Also this year Cartizze by Andreola is the BEST PROSECCO IN ITALY with 96 points according to Luca Maroni, one of the best-known Italian wine experts in the world!!!

    Luca Maroni is the author of “Annuario dei Migliori Vini Italiani”, now in its 30th edition.

    In addition to the exceptional result obtained by Cartizze, Andreola also earns excellent scores with the other Valdobbiadene and Asolo Docg: 93 points awarded to Mas de Fer, Sesto Senso, Bollé Rosè; 92 points earned by 26th I°, Vigna Ochera; 91 points for Dirupo Extra Dry, Casilir, Col del Forno, Akelum Asolo Brut; and finally 90 points to Dirupo Brut.
