The Bollé line of sparkling wine comprises fresh, lively wines pleasant to drink on all occasions.
It has been created to use the grapes harvested in vineyards planted over the years in zones on the edge of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG denomination.
The soil may vary a great deal according to the geographic position, but on average it is deep, with a mainly clayey texture.
Here Andreola shows how precision, punctuality and technological innovation can make pleasant, easy to drink wines, despite a lack of the special characteristics that make the exceptional Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG territory superior.

Bollé Brut by Andreola is a sparkling wine that narrates the immediate pleasure and softness of Glera grapes after undergoing the Martinotti sparkling process. This versatile wine is ideal as an aperitif and throughout a meal. Its colour is straw yellow with greenish highlights and the perlage is fine and lingering.
Hints of fresh fruit and spring flowers join the classical aroma of green apples typical of Glera grapes, with soft hints of white flowers, citrons and peaches.
Recommended serving temperature 6-8 °C.
